Reintegration Programs

Our reintegration programs aim to get people living purposeful, fulfilled lives, whether it's performing activities of daily living or preparing patients to go back to work, school or play after traumatic injury or illness. Patients are seen on an outpatient basis, after inpatient rehabilitation to get them reintegrated into the community. A wide range of programs are offered that address accessibility, alternative solutions for enhancing mobility, lifestyle changes for improved health and wellness, support groups, activities that are not only fun, but educational and important for independence; what we're doing in the way of research for people with disabilities; and vocational training.
