Educational Opportunities in Recreation Therapy
We offer an exciting 15-week educational internship, where students learn and engage in full-spectrum recreation therapy for medical rehabilitation. Student interns are accepted in the Fall and Spring semesters.
The Recreation Therapy Internship Program is an approved CBPRC (California Board of Park and Recreation Certification) site which uses NCTRS (National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Society) and ATRA (American Therapeutic Recreation Association) Internship Guidelines.
