Ramin Hazany, M.D., Q.M.E.

Dr. Hazany is Physician Specialist of the Ambulatory Care Services of Rancho's Department of Neurorehabilitation. He completed his Medical Doctorate degree from Azad University Medical School in Tehran, Iran and his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Veterans Administration West Los Angeles Medical Center of the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). He joined the medical staff at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center in 2001. In 2005, he was nominated, "International Health Professional of the Year" by The International Biographical Center of Cambridge in England.

Dr. Hazany is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Medicine at UCLA. He was nominated for the prestigious "Golden Apple Award" in 1999 for his dedication and excellence in teaching by the students at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey - New Jersey Medical School. He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, American Association of Electrodiagnostic Medicine, California Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and the California Medical Association. He is a Qualified Medical Evaluator and licensed Fluoroscopy X-Ray Supervisor.
